Brandon Bader, Ed.D., is an Operational Strategist with OI: Adaptive Strategies, bringing a dynamic blend of coaching experience, and operational development to the volleyball community. Before stepping into his current role, Brandon had a 10-year career coaching at the club, high school and collegiate levels where he showcased his passion for people and team-building across diverse settings.
Beyond the court, Brandon has consistently used his platform to take athletic principles and bring them into external organizations with his podcast Outsider Information. In June 2024, Brandon acquired his Doctorate of Education in Human Resource Development from Drexel University. Additionally he holds a master's degree in Sports Coaching & Leadership also from Drexel and degrees in sociology and digital media communications from Drake University. Brandon, a recipient of the 2018 AVCA Diversity Award continues to focus on adaptive support, innovative communication, and precision strategies to empower people on and off the court.
