Erin Glickert is in her sixth season as head coach of the SUNY Cortland women’s volleyball program, where she has quickly built a dominant Division III powerhouse. Since taking over in 2019, Glickert has led the Red Dragons to a 99-25 (.798) record on the court, three straight SUNYAC regular season and tournament titles (2021–2023), and three NCAA Tournament appearances -- all advancing to the second round. She is a three-time SUNYAC Coach of the Year and was named AVCA Region 3 Coach of the Year in 2021.
Before Cortland, Glickert spent six seasons on the coaching staff at Syracuse University, including three as associate head coach, helping the Orange reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. A former standout player at Syracuse, Glickert also played professionally in Finland and holds an MBA from Syracuse’s Whitman School of Management. Off the court, she remains active in USA Volleyball’s High Performance program and resides in Tully, N.Y., with her husband Cody and their three children.
