Morgan Rogers is the founding head volleyball coach at Grand Oaks High School in Spring, Texas, where she has built the program into a state powerhouse since its inception in 2018. Under her leadership, the Grizzlies have achieved remarkable success, including a 50-1 season culminating in the school's first Class 6A state championship in 2023. The team continued its dominance with a 42-7 record in 2024, securing back-to-back state titles. Rogers's exceptional coaching earned her the 2024 Texas Sports Writers Association Class 6A Coach of the Year and the All-Greater Houston Coach of the Year honors.

A former standout outside hitter at Tomball High School and the University of Texas at Arlington, Rogers brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to her role. She emphasizes a culture of resilience, adaptability, and teamwork, guiding her athletes to excel both on and off the court.
