MyKeia Thomas, lovingly known as Coach MyKeia, is a passionate transformation coach dedicated to developing the mind, body, and soul. With nearly 20 years of volleyball coaching experience, she has mentored countless young athletes, helping them grow in confidence, accountability, and self-awareness. In 2015, she founded St. Clair County VBC, winning over 50 medals, sending multiple players to college, and launching the unique Mind Over Muscle (Camp Mom), a one-of-a-kind overnight camp blending athletic training with life skills and mentorship.
In 2019, Coach MyKeia brought volleyball to the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Center, coaching over 100 kids and creating opportunities where none existed before. Now serving as Assistant Volleyball Coach at Althoff Catholic High School, she continues to impact her community through sports, leadership, and youth development.
