Nabil Mardini is the Head Coach of the Women’s Volleyball Program at Los Angeles Mission College, where he has led a remarkable transformation of the program since taking over in 2020. In just four seasons, he turned a struggling team into a powerhouse—culminating in a 27-4 record and a historic Elite Eight State Tournament appearance in 2024. Previously, Mardini spent 17 years at L.A. Pierce College, where he built one of the most dominant two-year college volleyball programs in the country, winning three consecutive California State Championships (2010–2012) and earning multiple AVCA National Coach of the Year honors.

Beyond the collegiate level, Nabil has made a major impact on the club scene as Co-Founder and Director of Operations for the Los Angeles Volleyball Academy (LAVA) and a long-time leader with SMBC Boys and Girls. His influence on athlete development is extensive, with hundreds of players going on to compete at the collegiate level. Known for his integrity, innovation, and technical mastery, Mardini is widely respected as one of the top volleyball minds in the game today.
