Trish Siedlik enters her 20th season as Head Volleyball Coach at Bellevue University in 2025, where she has built one of the most successful programs in NAIA history. Under her leadership, the Bruins have made 16 national tournament appearances in the past 18 seasons, with a standout 2024 campaign that saw the team finish as NAIA National Runner-Up and ranked No. 2 nationally. Her career record stands at 664-221, ranking her among the winningest active coaches in the NAIA.

Siedlik has earned numerous coaching accolades, including NAIA and AVCA National Coach of the Year in 2024. Over her career, she has coached 42 NAIA All-Americans, 96 first-team all-conference players, and 75 NAIA Scholar-Athletes. She also serves as Bellevue’s Assistant Athletic Director for Events and Banquets, a role she took on in 2020.

Before joining Bellevue, Siedlik coached at the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, leading the team to three national tournament appearances and an Elite Eight finish. A former standout player herself, she was named MCAC Player of the Year in 1997. She lives in Omaha with her husband Michael and their three children.
